Identifies whether the AppHost or an application resource controls a terminal's workload lifetime.

## Remarks

Ownership is fixed when a terminal is created. It is distinct from [TerminalPlacement](/reference/api/csharp/aspire.hosting/terminalplacement.md), which describes where the terminal is displayed and is also fixed at creation.
